Aktion! /Action!

Und weiter gehts. Diesmal ist die letzte Großbaustelle im Angriff (naja, fast die letzte!)
Im Eingangsbereich/Untergeschoss wurden alle alten Stützbalken entfernt und z.t. alte Balken komplett herausgerissen und erneuert. Dazu neue Abwasserleitung(wenn man schon dabei ist...)
Hier ein paar Eindrücke. In diesem Raum ensteht unsere neue Wellnessoase.

And it goes on. this time the last big construction site( ok, not the last one!)
In the basement we removed all old poles and all crabby wood bars and replaced them with new ones. Also the wastewater drain has to be replaced ( if it is open it was better to do so...)


Here some impressions. This room will be our new wellness oasis.

Möbel die Letzte- Furniture- the last one

Hoffentlich das letzte Element: endlich kam unser Schreibtisch.
Passt sehr gut in unser Häuschen.
Hopefully the last piece: finally our workdesk arrived.
Fits very good in our house.

Auch unser neues Besteck ist jetzt angekommen.
Also our cutlery arrived.

Odyssee

Welch eine Odyssee! Erst haben wir den Tisch bestellt: er kommt, er kommt nicht, letztendlich war er nicht mehr lieferbar. Nach Monaten nun: er ist wieder im Katalog: betsellen: kommt verzögert. Aha dachten wir. Am nächsten Tag stand er vor der Tür! Passt doch perfekt ins Wohnzimmer.
What an odyssee! We ordered the table: it is coming, it is not coming, at the end it was sold out. After month now: it is in the catalog again. We ordered it. It will come with delay. And the next day it was delivered! What a surprise. Fits perfect in the living room.

musste ich haben - could not walk away from it

Es gibt Kleinigkeiten die muss man einfach haben!
So ging es uns mit dieser klingel, klassischer ebay Treffer.

Seit über einem Jahr fahre ich immer an einem superschönen Blumenladen vorbei wenn ich ins Knusperhaus fahre. Jetzt musste ich mal anhalten und habe das gefunden(und natürlich gleich mitgenommen):

Keine Zeit - No time

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
leider haben wir im moment wenig Zeit viel am Haus zu tun. Geschäft geht vor.

Aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es schon zu zeigen.
Bevor es kalt wurde hat das neue Vordach auch ein Dach bekommen:

we are sorry we do not have that amount of time to spent for the house these days.
But we have a few small things to show.
before it was getting cold, the new porch roof has a roof now:

Am Dach ging es auch wieder ein Stück voran:
der Übergang zwischen den Dächern wurde erneuert.

And a bit of progress on the roof:
the transition between the roofs was renewed.

Es geht weiter... - The work goes on...

Das provisorische Vordach aus Plastik musste nun dem selbstgemachten aus Edelstahl weichen.
Es ist etwas größer und es fehlen noch die Schindeln oben drauf sowie die Beleuchtung darunter.
The provisorily porch roof is gone and the new which I built on my own out of stainless steel is mounted. The tiles on top are still missing, also the lights under it.

Das dach benötigte neue Ortgangbleche. Eine Seite ist nun fertig.
Material ist pulverbeschichtetes Aluminium.
The roof needed new vergeboards.
One side is now ready made with powder coated aluminum.

Habe fertig: Küche off the checklist: kitchen

Total vergessen:
Die letzte Baustelle in der Küche ist auch fertig!!
Eigentlich wollte ich die Abzugshaube in die Decke bauen
und die Luft nach draussen leiten,
doch unser Heizungsbauer hat uns abgeraten,
da die Heizung in der Küche steht.
Also dann die Alternative: Aufbauen und Umluft. Habe fertig.

Totally forgotten: the last building site in the kitchen is gone!!!
Normally the exhaust hood should be in the ceiling, but our heating engineer told us not to pull out the inside air to the outside, because the heating is in the kitchen positioned.
Ok, than plan B: construction for circulating air. Done.
